Please note: our KeepCups are medium size, 12oz/340ml capacity. 100% recyclable and BPA / BPS free. Approx 13cm high and comes boxed.
We recommend that you do not remove the band, even for washing. Hand wash and let the band dry on the glass.
We process and dispatch orders every day, Monday - Friday. That does not include bank holidays. We will aim to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 days after order is placed. After this your order will be dispatched by your chosen delivery method.
Royal Mail will normally get your parcel to you within the stated time frame, occasionally things may take a bit longer. If that is the case, and you are concerned as to its location, we ask that you allow up to 10 days for it to get to you. If that hasn't happened, please email us with your confirmation number and we'll try and help out.
Please note - Delivery is charged per delivery address. Orders with multiple delivery addresses will involve separate delivery charge.

Damaged / Incorrect Deliveries
We take care to ensure that all orders sent out are packed with care and attention. However, sometimes our boxes can be damaged in transit to you. If that has happened, help us help you out ASAP by letting us know via email and attaching a photo of the box and/or internal contents. We'll then do our best to rectify the situation.
If we have made a mistake in sending you the wrong tea, please email us and let us know. Send us your order number and we'll do our best to help you out.
