Found one that actually works
Tried a number of teabags that were just hemp leaves or flowers in a bag - and genuinely, couldn't tell a thing. Found out researching that normal hemp teas like that can't even release the CBD in to the water, so pretty pointless.
Tried loads of CBD products over the years and usually get all mine from CBD One now, but they don't do a tea. After asking them they said the Tea+ uses a similar formula to their normal drinks shot range, but in a teabag.
I know how effective that is, so gave this a try - low and behold it did the trick, slept like a baby and a really nice feeling of calm. Just ordered 10 boxes as it's on promo, so enough to keep me going :)

Really helps me
I’ve been drinking this tea for a couple of months now, and I find it really helps me to de-stress. My sister’s told me it helps her on her time of the month with cramps, and is a really natural way of relieving stomach pain!
