Terms and Conditions

Here are our official terms and conditions that you need to be aware of if you are using our website or making an order with us. We do reserve the right to edit them at any time, however whichever terms and conditions were live at the time of your order will apply to you.

Our teas are subject to availability at the time you place your order, an email from us will confirm the order, but does not guarantee availability. If we are out of stock of the products you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know as quickly as possible via email. This way you can choose for them to be delivered when they’re back in stock, or to have a full refund of the order.

Website Use
You need to be 18 years of age to register and purchase goods from You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering, by updating your personal details. You must give us your real name, address, phone number, email address and any other details that we may require to process your order.
We also reserve the right to decline a new registration request, and/or delete your account and access to the website services with or without notice.

Product Description & Pricing
We will always try to ensure information on our website is up to date and accurate. However, should we make a mistake, we will endeavour to fix it as soon as possible. Prices will be available on our website at time of order (plus a delivery charge if applicable). If there has been an error on the website with respect to prices then we’ll try to get in touch with you as soon as possible. If you have made an order at this point, we will get in touch to give you the option to reorder at the correct price or cancel the order. All prices offered are valid for our website only and include VAT where applicable (no VAT on tea). Please be aware that measurements and sizes are approximate, although we make every effort to be as accurate as possible.

Placing Orders & Order Acceptance
After placing an order via our website, an order acknowledgement email will be sent to you confirming the order. The contract between you and us will be complete on dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless we contact you to notify that we are unable to process the order or you have cancelled it. The company we use to deliver your order will make every reasonable effort to deliver the products, but, if they are unable to do so, then your order will be cancelled and payment refunded to your card.

We will take payment from you after you have confirmed order on our website and we have checked card details and stock availability. Payments must be entered with valid credit or debit card details. The address at which your card is registered must be the same as the billing address. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made.

Once you’ve placed your order and it has been processed, ownership of the products are passed to you once they are delivered (to you or a neighbour). This means risk of damage or loss has also passed to you. Please read the delivery section of our website.

Cancellations & Returns
As long as you do so within 24 hours, you have the right to cancel your online order. To cancel an order, please send an email to and we’ll try to get you a full refund (including the postage fee). If your order has already been processed and cannot be reversed then you will have to wait for the goods to arrive. If you still want to return the goods then you can do so within 30 days of your original order. The products must be returned in good order and saleable condition with all original packaging. As soon as we get them back, we will process your refund. Return delivery charges will only be refunded if the product(s) we sent are faulty, incorrect, or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Returns outside the given timeframes are accepted at the sole discretion of TEA+. Refunds & Exchanges
If you are due a refund then we will process it and refund the money to the original credit/debit card you used to make the purchase, within 30 days of cancellation of the order or return of the products. If we are unable to credit your original form of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of refund.

Discounts & Promotions
If you are using one of our promotional codes, then you must remember to enter the valid code at the time of making the purchase. TEA+ cannot be held liable for not discounting the order if a valid code has not been entered. If placing an order by telephone you must mention the code before placing your order. Only one code can be used per order.

As part of the contract between you and TEA+, you agree to indemnify and hold TEA+ harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses that arise out of the content you transmit, post or submit, via the TEA+ website, or from your use/misuse of the website, or the use/misuse by any person for whom you are responsible or from you violation of the terms and conditions set out.

Governing Law
The contract between TEA+ and you, under which you have made your purchases, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with English law. The English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
