Our teas do contain Mannitol as part of a binding agent in the B vitamins we use, which is a completely natural source, but does contain a wheat derivative. However, our teas are categorised as gluten free under EU regulation. The content of the wheat is in such a small quantity that it is below 20 PPM (parts per million) which constitutes safe for those following a gluten free diet and coeliacs. As we are compliant with gluten free rules we are not obliged to state the mannitol but we do declare it on our boxes regardless, to make people aware at the point of purchase.
We’re proud to say our tea bags are polypropylene free.
The recommended limit of caffeine for pregnant and breastfeeding women is 200mg per day. Our teas have between 12-15mg of caffeine per cup so they are very low caffeine and substantially less than tea or coffee. Most of the energy that is given out from our teas come from the B vitamins rather than caffeine.
There’s less than 0.5g (substantially less than this) of sugar per tea bag therefore it's a very, very low sugar drink.
Our CBD & Sleep Teas are caffeine-free
Our other teas contain a very small amount of caffeine. We chose a low caffeine green tea and only about 50% of the tea bag contains that green tea. On average, our teas contain around 12 - 15mg caffeine per cup, that is in comparison to around 40mg in a cup of English breakfast tea or around 70mg in a cup of coffee. Its as low as we can get the caffeine content whilst having the benefits of the green tea.
Subscriptions
You can easily modify, skip or cancel your delivery in your account. To cancel your delivery we will need at least 2 business days notice to ensure the order is not dispatched.
Yes you can and it is easy to make a change. Go to Account > Subscriptions > Delivery Schedule
Delivery schedule is on the left hand side of your screen just press ‘Skip’ next to this product and the product will be skipped for 30 days. If you have any challenges please reach out to our Customer Care team who will be happy to help.
Yes you can swap products easily.Simply log into your account and press the 'swap' button next to the product you wish to change, and select your new product.
If you need to add a product to your subscription simply log into your account and press ‘add product’ at the bottom of your subscription screen.
You can also increase quantities of your products by pressing ‘edit’ and amending the quantity, press save and this will be updated on the system.
If you decide cancel your subscription please ensure you give us 2 business days notice before your next delivery is due to ensure this can be cancelled in time for you.
Yes, you can change the frequency of your orders to 30, 60 or 90 days. This can be changed under edit on your subscription. We would recommend you sign up to every 90 days to reduce the carbon footprint of your order and save on shipping charges.
We will send you your subscription every month. That’s one less thing for you to worry about.
As a subscriber you also receive 10% off every order and exclusive subscriber benefits.
To update your payment method - go to billing information, update card and save.Please note cards must be registered to the billing address on your subscription.

Conscious of the environmental impact of using laminated packets to hold our tea bags, we recently took the decision to make the change to paper envelopes. Our boxes use only sustainably sourced materials and plant & water-based inks, our packaging is 100% recyclable, biodegradable and ocean-friendly.
We do not test on animals nor do we have anyone do this on our behalf.
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DATES
Last order dates In order to ensure deliveries by Christmas we are shipping all orders via courier and will ship orders until the last (reliable) courier date of 19th December to ensure delivery before Christmas. We would recommend getting your orders in as soon as possible before that if you need for Christmas to ensure no courier delays.
We know the couriers are having challenges due to picking up Royal Mail business due to the strikes, so there has been delays recently.As ever, we will do what we can to help and ensure you get what you need but please do order early if you can and message us if any issues or anything we can do to help.
We will stop shipping orders from 20th December until 28th December. We will then resume from 28 - 30 December and be back to normal after the festive period from 3rd January Onwards.
Are you shipping to EU countries?
There are a lot of unanswered questions at the moment around shipping to the EU. Currently we are shiping to EU countries and are working hard to get orders out again as efficiently as possible. If you have any questions about this please reach out to us at hello@teaplusdrinks.com.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our very best to get your order to you as soon as we can. All orders placed before 12pm GMT (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm GMT, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be sent out the following business day. You will receive an email to notify you once your order has shipped.

We try our best to make sure all items make it to you safely. However if you receive any items that are damaged or faulty on arrival then we will issue a replacement product free of charge or offer a refund. Please just let us know by emailing hello@teaplusdrinks.com.
Standard Product Returns
This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Please email us at hello@teaplusdrinks.com prior to returning your item to let us know to expect your return. Proof of purchase is required.
