If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order, change your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team via the form on this page as soon as possible.
We'll email tracking details of your order to you along with your dispatch confirmation. If you're a registered customer you can also find these details by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
We take care to ensure that all orders sent out are packed with care and attention. However, sometimes our boxes can be damaged in transit to you. If that has happened, help us help you out ASAP by letting us know via email and attaching a photo of the box and/or internal contents. We'll then do our best to rectify the situation.
If we have made a mistake in sending you the wrong tea, please email us and let us know. Send us your order number and we'll do our best to help you out.
