I love T+, I have used them since before the vitabiotics tie in and you just don't get bored of the wonderful choices, armoas and taste.
Sleep tea is a staple, it's a hug in a cup, a dream in a pint pot (always a pint pot) and doesn't fail to ease me into a deep sleep at the end of a hectic day

I like fruit tea so thought I would enjoy this blackcurrant and cherry infusion. It didn't taste good at all, way too bitter for me. I didn't sleep better either, I was up several times going to the toilet. Persevered for a week but gave up.

Really Really Like this Tea
This was my first herbal tea. It has a slightly bitter background taste (light) a bit like a certain fizzy soft drink that makes it very very refreshing when sipped. There is a fruity taste too. The mixture of the two make this a drink you want more of when you have emptied the cup. The only frustrating thing is you can't drink more of it in a day as it contains magnesium. Although I drink plenty, I do sometimes get very very thirsty (hormone problem). This is the only drink I have found relieves this.
However the added vitamins are a bit limited.., vitamin c and magnesium. By its 'vitamin' label I thought there'd be more than just two in it. I can't say I noticed any drowsiness when I finished it, or later, I still had broken sleep but I did enjoy it! My 24 year old son says otherwise, magnesium always makes him sleep apparently.
I am going to have to search for a tea that tastes the same without vitamins so I can drink it freely.

I bought this tea I was sceptical as I use camomile tea to help me sleep. This is the first tea that I’ve taken that’s actually made me naturally tired and it is also had no affects in the morning with the tiredness. I wake up now feeling more refreshed from this tea. It’s lovely because it’s cherry and blackcurrant and I’ll be purchasing more. I do think it’s a bit pricey for 14 teabags so that’s why I only four stars.

Not a fan
I am deficient in B-vitamins, but don't like taking the tablets, so gave this a try.

Smooth, caffeine-free, excellent taste
Ingredients:
Rooibos Tea, Apple Pieces Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Magnesium, Natural Flavoring, Blackberry Leaves, Cinnamon, Lavender Flowers, Passion Flower, Vitamin C, Acid: Citric Acid.
I'm a light sleeper and get easily awakened by sounds/noises (especially my neighbors) and I decided to give this tea try and see if it will help me sleep better.
My initial impressions were:
Well packaged tea bags.
Rich ingredients smell.
Good material teabag that doesn't rupture and keeps all the herbs inside.
Excellent, slightly sweet taste that works well for when you're craving for some sweets.
After trying it for the first time, I didn't feel any change in mood or calmness to be honest. However on the third night, I decided to drink two teas instead of one and then i felt slightly calmer and had an overall good night sleep.
It's definitely a tea that I liked and will finish my remaining tea bags! However at least for me, it took two cups of tea before I could feel its calming effect.

Tasty. A pleasant way to boost your chances of a restful sleep & improve your nutrition.
Tasty tea designed to provide you with supplemental key nutrients and aid sleep in a more enjoyable way than simply swallowing vitamin/mineral pills or sleep aid tablets.
The fruity taste disguises any other flavours that may be present and to my taste buds (and to my surprise) the cherry flavour was more noticeable to me than the blackcurrant.
The flavour of the blackcurrant present reminded me of the taste from the blackcurrant leaves in my own garden (I recently made a tea from those for the first time) and the cherry flavour is fruity but not too sweet.
In short I really like the taste, I think if you're like me and you like cherries you will like the flavour.
I've tried this a few times before bed and on those nights I nodded off quickly. So many factors are involved in a good night's sleep but this did appear to help.
So my overall assessment? A good quality tea and a pleasant way to boost your chances of a restful sleep and improve your nutrition.

Wow, These things work!
These work very well! A little too well! I was late a the first time I used these!
But by golly I slept well!
The taste is a light berry fruity flavour, very inoffensive, but pleasant! That was the best sleep I have had in years, I definetly recommend this tea!
Love it!

Nice sleep tea.
I got these for my partner who sometimes struggles to get to sleep at night. He tried this tea and he said it tasted nice and it was quite fruity. He has tried lots of different types of 'sleep' focused teas and he said this one worked okay in a couple of occasions but others he didn't feel it helped. A bit of a hit and miss but this has happened with the majority of teas he has tried to help him sleep. He said he was quite pleased with this nonetheless as it did help him sleep in several occasions. Worth trying according to him!
Kevin Roche
Bland, expensive
I can't particularly say that this tea necessarily improves sleep, it is certainly no guarantee against a sleepiness night, but that would be hard to secure outside of actual drugs. I can say that it has a disappointingly bland taste, the fruitiness of the blackcurrant is vaguely apparent but there is nothing of the sharpness of cherry. Even after several minutes brew time there is very little flavour; add to that the exorbitant cost and i wouldn't recommend this tea at all.

Good for sleep
I don’t drink tea, and have the occasional coffee every now and then, so I mainly stick to herbal teas. This tea does have a pleasant aroma and taste, and I was unsure of whether it would work or not despite the fact I do believe strongly in herbs having an effect on the body. So I made the drink as instructed and sat watching tv a couple of hours before bedtime. I thought if it didn’t make me sleepy it would at least relax me and get me ready to sleep. Wasnt too long after drinking it that I found myself yawning and thinking I needed to go bed. It normally takes me ages to wind down before bed, and I do struggle to sleep, but these definitely help.

Smells great!
I really like this infusion as it is caffeine free making it perfect before bed time, the flavour is really good and gentle and it goes well with a spoonful of honey. It is vitamin infused which is always a bonus even thought I did not experiment yet the effects of it

This tea will make you sleep like a rock!
I have tried numerous different teas from different brands for sleep, and this one definitely stands out from the crowd for being one of the more effective ones! The fruity flavour infused with vitamins, herbs and chamomile helps provide a quick fix to fall asleep with ease. Typically I find falling asleep hard as I workout in the late evenings, where I would have caffeine and adrenaline running through my system. Thankfully, a cup of TEA+ by Vitabiotics has helped make the ‘falling asleep’ effortless.
The flavour is great, however, the price is a big let down. £4 for 14 bags (2 weeks worth) is a little overpriced, and I have tried other premium (tea) brand in the past at half the price with similar results. I would’ve hoped to have 20 bags for the price. Regardless, you get what you pay for: a great tasting and effective sleep tea!
soniaB
Mild and fruity.
Individually wrapped tea-bags, consisting of chamomile, lavender, blackcurrant and cherry, plus magnesium, which can be a calming and sleep inducing supplement aid in itself.
Mild and fruity with a lot of mixed flavours, and none of them particularly standing out, it is just slightly too sweet for my taste.
I find the drink helps moderately with restful sleep if I take it in the evening, along with my usual magnesium glycinate supplement.

New bedtime routine
Fab tasting tea that has some real life benefits, double bonus!
Honestly couldn’t get enough of the taste of these, cherry and black current. Very flavoursome, and rich tasting. I always have a sugar with my regular tea but find I don’t need any with these which is great.
Getting a dose of magnesium which will help aid sleep in such a fun and easy way is a excellent idea, I mean when is taking a supplement ever enjoyable? Almost never.
I found this tea did help me unwind and get restful sleep, it probably helps a lot with me just switching out my ordinary cup of caffeinated tea for this caffeine free one, and I found the switch over pain free and I’m not even missing my old choice of drink, which is a miracle because I would always say I was addicted to the caffeine and sugar and that I would get a headache if I didn’t have a cup before bed.. I guess I was wrong because I’m not getting any such headache.
DitsybyDesign
Fruity flavour, caffeine-free
There’s something warming – almost Christmassy – about this tea.
You get a 2 week supply (14 individually wrapped teabags) and they’re intended to be drunk before bed as a relaxing tea, free from caffeine with added magnesium.
There’s a curious mixture of natural ingredients, including lavender but it tastes mostly fruity with a hint of cinnamon.
I haven’t noticed any difference in my sleeping pattern so far but this tea is a very pleasing flavour and enjoyable before bed.
I’d expect a few more teabags for the current retail price (£3.99) to match similar brands where you usually get about 20 bags in a box. I had the “sleep” box and as this brands big selling point is vitamins, this particular flavour only contains 7.5% of your recommended magnesium intake, some of the other flavours provide much more and might seem better value.

Lovely tea with delicate sweet flavour, was presented at Dragons Den program
I requested this caffeine free tea as I have been having trouble sleeping lately and I used to get muscle cramps at night for which magnesium is helpful.
Also I wanted to try/taste the product which was presented on Dragons Den as I liked watching this program.
I thought tea would be a better way to take magnesium as my magnesium tablets are huge and unpleasant to take and I love this rooibos and herbs blend tea so this seemed like an ideal solution.
The tea is absolutely lovely! It has a delicate sweet flavour and is perfect without sugar. Such a nice and unique flavour.
I'll need to drink it longer to be able to say whether it helps my sleep or keeps my muscle cramps away, but at the moment I am very happy and enjoy drinking this!
The tea arrived packed in the nice box.
It should last for me for 14 days as there are 14 single wrapped sachets in the box.

The Sleep tea actually works and it tastes lovely.
I am a very sceptical person when it comes to vitamin supplements tending to believe in a properly balanced diet to manage my nutritional needs.
However I've been having some trouble with my sleep patterns lately and decided to give this tea a go not expecting much.
This tea worked on the first cup and the next evening it had the same effect.
This works better than some medications I have taken in the past to help me relax at bedtime and I don't get the nightmares/dry mouth side effects with this tea that I get with meds.
I will be buying this regularly from now on. It tastes wonderful too.

Nice herbal tea
This makes a lovely tasting herbal tea with a hint of fruitiness. The taste is well-balanced, pleasantly mild, not too strong or overpowering.
It does contain Vitamin C and magnesium but the doses are very low so I wouldn't expect much benefit from that. I cannot confirm whether it helps with sleep but the herbs that are included in this tea blend (Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Passion Flower and Lavender) have traditionally been used for their calming/relaxing properties.
Overall, I'd say that this is a bit gimmicky but nice tasting tea.
JuliaC
Nice bedtime tea
I like a nice herbal tea as part of my getting ready for bedtime routine. This one is quite tasty as it has cherry and black currant in it. It makes a nice change from either lavender or chamomile based ones. Does the job well so I’m happy.

Warming and sleep inducing.
I am a big tea drinker but I have been struggling to sleep lately and trying to cut back on caffeinated drinks after 2pm to help with this.
As a result this tea really appealed to me.
I let it brew for 3 minutes and I was delighted to end up with a dreamy warm blackcurrent flavour with a hint of chamomile (I didn't really get the cherry coming through). The taste was delightful without any hint of bitterness or sharpness. I found it to be mellow and warming and certainly conducive of sleep. It has a lovely winter quality to it, perfect to enjoy immediately before bed. I felt very relaxed and ready for sleep after drinking it.
Barbara Fava
Good taste, but didn't make me sleepy at all.
I am very familiar with supplements to help sleep patterns, indeed I am successfully drinking some of another company that works wonders.
I wanted to try also these because I am a fan of hot tea, especially during the cold season.
I tried it and well, nothing happened.
I mean, it tastes good for sure, but I wasn't feeling sleepy, or more relaxed.
It felt like drinking any other tea I have.
I will keep on drinking it as it says that it is for 14 days, so I will update in case anything changes, but to be honest, I doubt it, as with the other vitamins, I was able to fall asleep right away.
Marlena
Love it!
It just brilliant idea to combine herbal tea with magnesium. I drink a lots of coffee and sometimes Im shaky and have problem to fall asleep. This tea is the best replacement for my evening drink. Its smells divine and its delicious. Its a blend of selected herbs which are chosen perfectly. Im not a fan of camomile or cinnamon but its mixed so well that I cant even feel it. Im noticed after first cup that Im more relaxed and easier falling asleep. I will definitely buy it again and try other Tea+ teas.

A mild and unusual mix
This is an unusual blend that tastes like several different teas mixed together. Although the main ingredient is rooibos leaves and there’s no hibiscus, nevertheless it ends up tasting far more like a hibiscus-based blackcurrant fruit tea- and, to be honest, a moderately bland one at that. The normally warming flavours of both chamomile and lavender don’t really shine through, despite being definitely present (10% chamomile, 4% lavender). Regardless of how long you brew it for, this is not a rich, indulgent tea, and the taste lands very close to Twinings’ or supermarket-brand more everyday fruit teas.
It is still a relaxing evening brew though, for sure, and a very pleasant way to relax after a long day. It’s light and refreshing, and on a Winters’ day, the blackcurrant aspect of it will give it just a little suggestion of Ribena-style comfort, without the sugar or the kick.
There’s no way of telling how much magnesium citrate you actually get in a mug, but since it’s listed above the 4% lavender and below the 10% chamomile in the ingredients list, that suggests that it’s certainly not negligible. When warm, there’s nothing in the taste to tell you that it’s there, but if you let it go cold, there is a very slight aftertaste of something oddly medicinal about it- but thankfully very subtle, far from overpowering. I won’t try to discuss the benefits of magnesium citrate here, just to say that since it’s present in non-negligible quantities, then it’s worth searching online for a reliable site explaining both the benefits and the known potential side effects before taking it.
To contradict myself briefly, just to make one crucial point- I’ve found at least two sites saying that pregnant women shouldn’t take magnesium citrate. So if you’re expecting, then the safe move is to avoid this.
It’s not the mixed taste sensation that the product description had me hoping for, but still it’s an interesting blend with a little bit of various flavours going on, and it’s a pleasant enough way to unwind as a final cuppa of the day.

Vitabiotics TEA+ ( Tea Plus ) Sleep Tea - Helps Aid Restful Sleep
I've drank tea from all over the World around 200+ different teas as I like tea and have a large supply in my cupboard.
I tried this tea lastnight before bed. I have to say it had taste and body. I like Blackcurrants and Cherries. Together they are even better.
I've only had 1 cup so far and I can't say I noticed any difference. So after a few more cups I might feel different.
The tea is nice. Easy to make and full of flavour. 1 of the better cups of tea I've had in recent years. I also like the fact it gives you RDA of certain vitamin your body needs.
All in all I like it but sadly can only give it 4-5 stars. I'm not sure the price reflects the tea cost although the tea is nice I also like a bargain.

I generally hate herbal teas and have steered clear, but work stress and rubbish sleep, meant I got desperate and tried this and I am so glad I did! It tastes good, when I first drank it it was like weak fruit juice kinda, but not horrible. When I drink this it ensures I sleep properly rather than wake up during the night thus feeling exhausted when it's time to get up. Now purchased for the 4th time. My mum drinks it to and I gave a box to a friend who has said it's also helping her.
This tea is now a permanent fixture in my life. Also the fact the price has gone down to £3.99 for two boxes is great
Update 8th sep 2020 - now one box with 14 tea bags for 3.99 wish it was 20 but still a must for us. Sent some to another friend and he has also said it is helping. For me this remains the only herbal tea I enjoy drinking.
29th Sep 2020 - A part of our everyday. Ordered two more as me and mum are having one everyday, this will hold us until the subscribe and save order starts at the end of the month.

Helped me breathe
So I originally bought this to help with a candida cleanse I was doing, so wasn't initially bothered that I wasn't too keen on the taste. It's not repulsive, just odd. One thing that really surprised me was how clearly I could breathe after drinking it?? It absolutely cleared my chest. A quick Google and apparently milk thistle is known to help with allergic asthma symptoms. So a random added bonus! Would definitely buy again.
